These Poultry waste composting guidelines were developed by Rod Jenner (Rosetta Management Consulting Pty Ltd), Angela Scott, Margaret Sexton and Wayne Mossop (Department of Primary Industries and Regions South Australia) and Kevin Wilkinson (Frontier Ag and Environment) as part of the AgriFutures Chicken Meat Program funded project PRJ-011301 Mass disposal preparedness for the poultry industries. The final report was published in June 2020 and a pdf version can be downloaded from the AgriFutures Australia website.
