The Poultry Stunning, Bleeding, Scalding and De-feathering Assurance Skill Set (AMPSS00069) is for people who work in the slaughter area of poultry processing premises and have responsibility for operating the stunning, bleeding, scalding and defeathering processes.
There are fourteen 14 registered training organisations (RTOs) approved to deliver the Poultry Stunning, Bleeding, Scalding and De-feathering Assurance Skill Set.
