This document provides guidance on implementing the National Animal Welfare Standard for the Chicken Meat Industry (the Standard).
For each of the requirements within the Standard it gives:
- examples of the evidence that an organisation can use to demonstrate that the outcome is being achieved and the requirement is being met
- a detailed explanation and the intent of the requirement
- references with supporting and background information.
