EggStart is an industry induction program designed to give new workers the knowledge they need to hit the ground running. It was developed by Australian Eggs and 4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd. The topics support on farm learning by providing activities designed to get workers familiar with farm procedures and industry best practice.
EggStart is a non-accredited industry training program. It may also be used as a pathway in to the Certificate III in Poultry Production (AHC30516). Topics are aligned to units from the nationally accredited Certificate II in Agriculture (AHC20116) qualification and give partial completion.
