AMP Meat Processing Training Package

The AMP Meat Processing Training Package covers meat industry qualifications from entry level (Certificate II) to Graduate Diploma for the meat processing, meat retail, smallgoods and food services.

It provides industry competency standards for poultry meat industry jobs including labourers, boners, slaughterers, lairage supervisors, welfare officers, QA officers, supervisors and managers.
There are 137 registered training organisations approved to deliver the different qualifications outlined in the AMP Meat Processing Training Package.
