Broiler Bites is an industry induction program developed by 4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd in consultation with members of the Australian Chicken Meat Industry. It consists of topics that aim to support the farm’s current induction program and gives new employees critical industry knowledge to encourage informed quality work practice in the first few months of employment.
It aligns to the unit of competency Work effectively in the industry (AHCWRK205) and can be used as one unit in the Certificate III in Agriculture (AHC30116) or the Certificate III in Poultry Production (AHC30516) qualifications.
